THE VISION OF GHWC

Greater Harvest Worship Center is a spirit-filled Interdenominational church dedicated to seeking out and bringing to salvation those who are lost.

Our mission is to empower and strengthen the body of Christ through anointed teaching and preaching of biblical principles that believers can apply to their daily lives.

Our purpose is to minister to the whole person physically, emotionally, and spiritually and to assist in developing and nurturing individual's God-given gifts and ministries.

GHWC was birthed out of a vision that God gave Pastor C.R. Payne in 2001. It became a reality in January 2003 with the first service being held at the home of Bro. Jay and Sis. Roslyn Hendrickson in Frankfort, Kentucky. From here, services were held at Comfort Suites, located on the 127 By-Pass in Danville, Kentucky. After spending 5 months there, Pastor began to host services in his home, providing ministry through member care and counseling. Through much prayer and supplication, God blessed GHWC to obtain their present location at 975 Hustonville Road, Suite 25B Rear, Danville, Kentucky. God is blessing the ministries at GHWC and expanding the number of people attending the services each week.
